Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in brand photography and videography, with the ability to create high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and promotional activities. The candidate should have worked with multiple brands and possess a strong creative eye for storytelling and content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for brands, products, services, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture engaging content for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and execute visual concepts.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots, including product, lifestyle, corporate, and event photography/videography.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, camera settings, and composition to produce premium-quality content.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other production gear.
- Manage pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
- Organize and maintain digital media files and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and social media content trends.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Photographer and Videographer.
- Experience working with brands, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or creative agency.
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones (preferred), and professional lighting equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client shoots when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product photography, lifestyle shoots, fashion, food, and corporate branding.
- Knowledge of color grading, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand photography and videography work is mandatory.
