Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in CRM tools and API integrations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing customer relationship systems, maintaining customer data, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting automation/integration processes to enhance business operations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms and customer databases.
- Handle customer data management, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for CRM optimization.
- Work on API integrations between CRM and third-party applications.
- Monitor CRM workflows, automation, and system performance.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and process compliance.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors/IT teams.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in CRM operations.
- Experience in CRM automation and integration projects will be an added advantage.
