- CyberDefenceX – an advanced AI-driven cyber defense and autonomous security platform focused on intelligent detection, automation, zero-trust architecture, and adaptive security operations.
- NazzBuild – an AI-powered autonomous development ecosystem combining AI agents, workflow automation, full-stack generation, orchestration systems, and intelligent software engineering capabilities.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ML/AI Engineer who can take ownership of AI systems, LLM infrastructure, autonomous agents, and model development from the ground up.
This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity for someone passionate about building breakthrough AI products in cybersecurity and intelligent automation.
What You’ll Work On
- Building and training AI/ML systems from scratch
- Developing and fine-tuning LLMs
- Designing AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Data training, model training, and optimization pipelines
- Model hardening, robustness, and performance engineering
- AI orchestration systems and multi-agent frameworks
- RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and memory architectures
- AI-powered cybersecurity systems and intelligent automation
- Scalable inference infrastructure and production AI deployment
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
- Strong expertise in:
- Data training and dataset engineering
- Model training and fine-tuning
- Building AI systems from scratch
- LLMs and Generative AI
- AI Agents and autonomous workflows
- AI model hardening and optimization
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar ecosystems
- Experience with GPU optimization, inference pipelines, and scalable AI systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and startup mentality
