Experience:
- 3-5+ years in social media management
- Preferably in automobile, lifestyle, or franchise-based industries
- Hands-on experience in content creation, video shoots, and campaign execution
Salary Range: 25k to 35k
Roles:
Manage and maintain social media platforms including
Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Plan, create, and execute
monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives. Schedule posts and ensure
timely publishing across all platforms. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. Ensure
prompt responses to customer queries and interactions.
Create engaging
scripts, concepts, and storyboards for Instagram Reels and short-form videos. Assist in planning and executing video shoots, Be comfortable
appearing in front of the camera to: Present products Deliver brand messages, Host informational videos Stay updated with
latest social media and video trends. Collaborate with designers and videographers to ensure
high-quality video output.
Write compelling and
brand-aligned captions for all social media platforms. Ensure consistency in: Tone, Messaging, Visual Identity Develop
creative ideas for: Campaigns, Product launches, Promotional activities
Analyze social media performance using tools such as
Meta Insights. Prepare
monthly performance reports including: Reach, Engagement Follower growth Provide
data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
5. Collaboration & Campaign Support
Work closely with
marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding. Assist in executing
digital marketing campaigns and brand activations. Conduct
competitor analysis and trend research to identify new opportunities. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Media or related field
- Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or Google Ads (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Suite, Canva, Buffer, Adobe Suite, and analytic dashboards.
