About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and streamline night shift production operations for a fast-growing WordPress web agency. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution, effective client communication, and seamless coordination between day and night teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple web development projects, coordinating with developers/designers/QA teams, and handling international client communication professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-night handover process and brief the night shift team on priorities
- Coordinate multiple website and web development projects simultaneously
- Assign and monitor tasks for developers, designers, and QA team members
- Track project progress using tools such as Zoho Projects, Basecamp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email and project management tools
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and status updates
- Identify blockers, risks, and delays proactively and escalate when required
- Ensure all deliverables pass QA checks before client delivery or deployment
- Document meeting notes, updates, and action items for smooth continuity between shifts
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Project Managers across teams to maintain clear ownership and accountability
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in a web/digital agency
- Strong understanding of WordPress and web development workflows
- Experience using project management tools like Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong client handling and professional email communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Experience coordinating developers, designers, and QA teams in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar communication tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, web performance, and digital marketing deliverables
- Previous experience working night shifts or handling UK/US clients
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
