Apple Thermo Sanitation Private Limited is a Mumbai based company that has been in the premium bathing and sanitaryware space since 1995. We manufacture, import, export and trade a wide range of products including jacuzzi and whirlpool bathtubs, steam shower rooms, sauna systems, shower panels, steam generators, bath fittings and sanitaryware.
Our products are used in homes, hotels, hospitals, resorts, corporate offices, malls and large residential projects. We have a long record of bringing new bathing technology to the Indian market and we sell through a network of dealers, architects and direct project clients.
Role overview
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will own sales activity in your assigned territory. The role is mostly out in the field. You will build and manage relationships with dealers and distributors, get our products specified by architects and designers, meet end customers directly, and close orders to meet monthly targets. Full product training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
1. Carry out on ground field sales across your assigned area in Mumbai and nearby markets.
2. Meet dealers and distributors regularly, build strong relationships, track stock movement and keep a steady flow of orders.
3. Build relationships with architects, interior designers and project consultants so that Apple products are specified in their projects.
4. Meet end customers such as builders, hotels, hospitals and home buyers, understand their requirements, present the right products and convince them on value.
5. Generate leads, follow up actively and close orders to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
6. Identify new dealers, new markets and new project opportunities to grow the territory.
7. Conduct product presentations and showroom walkthroughs for clients and channel partners.
8. Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends and share useful inputs with management.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after sales support.
10. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates and customer records.
What we are looking for
- MBA in Marketing or Sales, completed or in the final stage. Freshers are welcome.
- Genuine interest in field sales and willingness to travel daily within and around Mumbai.
- Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfort in English and Hindi is needed, and Marathi or Gujarati is an added advantage.
- Confident and presentable, and comfortable meeting dealers, architects and senior clients.
- Self driven, target focused and quick to learn product details.
- Interest in building products, interiors or the premium lifestyle category is a plus.
- A two wheeler or readiness to travel for daily field visits.
- Basic comfort with MS Office and CRM or reporting tools.
