Job Summary
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the advisory floor, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality client service, and optimal team performance. This role involves supervising advisors and support staff, monitoring productivity, resolving client concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily floor operations.
- Monitor advisor attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of client inquiries.
- Support advisors in resolving complex client issues.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Track team KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Compliance, and Management teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle floor escalations and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or team management.
- Experience in an advisory, financial services, insurance, banking, or consulting environment is preferred.
