Role Overview
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with strong experience in finishing work and RCC conventional construction. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of structural and finishing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing.
- Oversee RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and curing.
- Ensure all work follows drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Support timely project delivery and adherence to budget.
- Guide and train workers to maintain efficiency and workmanship.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and RCC conventional techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and finishing layouts.
- Experience managing labor, vendors, and site challenges.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor handling finishing and RCC works is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
