Role Overview
We are hiring a Tele-calling Sales Executive to work during the US Shift (EST hours), engaging with US-based customers and clients through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a genuine interest in sales and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based customers and clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Clearly and effectively explain products/services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent-friendly communication preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Good sales aptitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to US-based customers/clients during EST hours.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Experience
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, tele-calling, customer handling, or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Prior experience in international calling/sales.
- Experience working in a US process, BPO, or tele-sales environment.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
