Delco Automotive is a leading exporter of construction and heavy equipment, supplying excavators, backhoe loaders, cranes, road machinery, trucks, buses, and spare parts to customers across Africa, the Middle East, CIS, Latin America, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through telecalling and online platforms.
* Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
* Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
* Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and marketing content.
* Upload machinery listings on online marketplaces and B2B portals.
* Follow up with international customers.
* Maintain customer records and coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements
* Graduate (any stream).
* Good communication skills in English.
* Basic knowledge of social media, Canva, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.
* Experience in telecalling, sales, or digital marketing is preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
