Role: IAM Operations Analyst - Saviynt Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IAM Operations Analyst with experience supporting Saviynt platforms. The role involves managing identity governance operations, provisioning support, certification campaigns, and compliance-related IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IAM operations within Saviynt platforms
Process access requests, incidents, and operational tickets
Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities
Monitor provisioning activities, reconciliations, and platform health checks
Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities
Coordinate with business and application teams for IAM-related activities
Required Skills:
5 to 7 years of experience in IAM/IGA Operations or Security Operations
Hands-on operational experience with Saviynt
Strong understanding of IAM concepts and access governance
Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and governance controls
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
