Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build and optimise Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business applications.
- Develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Create effective prompts and improve prompt performance for AI applications.
- Integrate AI models with web applications, backend systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Implement model monitoring, testing, logging, and performance optimisation.
- Build scalable AI services using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to AI architecture and product strategy.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and RAG.
- Experience working with LLM platforms and models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or related ML frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, and production deployment.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building AI-powered SaaS products.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI, including text, image, audio, or voice-based AI systems.
- Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or conversational AI.
- Experience with recommendation systems, computer vision, or time-series models.
- Knowledge of distributed computing and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Experience with AI model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
