Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team. As a Captain / Steward, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience aligned with world-class service standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects sophistication, warmth, and precision.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Deliver impeccable, personalized service to guests in a fine dining environment
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings
- Handle guest queries, preferences, and special requests with professionalism
Service Excellence
- Ensure adherence to fine dining service protocols (table setting, silver service, sequencing)
- Maintain consistency in presentation, timing, and service flow
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Team Coordination
- Support Captains (for Steward role) or supervise Stewards (for Captain role)
- Assist in training team members on service standards and SOPs
- Maintain clear communication during service to ensure efficiency
Operational Duties
- Prepare mise-en-place for service
- Monitor table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Assist in inventory handling and minimizing wastage
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and fine dining etiquette
RequirementsExperience
- Steward: 1–3 years in premium or fine dining restaurants
- Captain: 3–6+ years in luxury dining or hospitality environments
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and service styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest-centric mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience in award-winning or luxury establishments
- Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology (added advantage)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
