Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Execution & On-Ground Implementation
- Oversee execution of all branding activities within the hospital (signage, in-hospital branding, patient touchpoints, events)
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all materials and spaces
- Drive timely rollout of campaigns and activations
2. Creative Coordination
- Work closely with internal/external designers to develop creatives for digital, print, and on-ground campaigns
- Translate business requirements into clear creative briefs
- Review and approve creatives to ensure quality and alignment
3. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, media vendors, and agencies for execution
- Manage timelines, quality checks, and cost efficiency
- Ensure accountability and timely delivery from all partners
4. PR & Communications Bridge
- Act as a link between hospital teams and PR agency
- Coordinate press releases, doctor profiles, media coverage, and event publicity
- Ensure communication is aligned with brand positioning
5. Campaign Planning & Tracking
- Work with marketing team to plan campaigns (specialty-focused, seasonal, awareness)
- Track campaign performance and ensure on-ground execution matches strategy
- Coordinate with neighborhood/outreach teams for local activations
6. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with doctors, operations, and front office teams for campaign execution
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Align internal stakeholders on branding initiatives
7. Communication Oversight
- Support and oversee communication outputs including:
- Social media creatives
- Patient-facing communication
- Internal announcements
- Ensure tone, messaging, and consistency across all channels
Key Skills Required
- Strong execution capability (gets things done, not just plans)
- Excellent coordination & follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of design, branding, and communication
- Vendor management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Attention to detail and quality
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in hospital marketing / healthcare branding / agency account management
- Experience in handling on-ground campaigns and vendor coordination
- Comfortable working with doctors and cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
