Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to support the daily financial operations of our Company.

Functional Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book).
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.

Competencies:

Good Knowledge of MS Office.
M.com / MBA or Both.
Hard Working.
Knowledge of Tally Software.
