About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a residential household in Gurgaon. The role involves preparing three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a couple, aged 82 and 73 years. The focus is on basic North Indian vegetarian meals, catering to senior dietary preferences and health considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the household.
Specialize in North Indian vegetarian cuisine with attention to simplicity, taste, and nutrition.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
Plan menus in advance, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with any available kitchen staff.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in premium hospitality kitchens.
Expertise in North Indian vegetarian cuisine suitable for elderly individuals.
Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently in a live-out arrangement.
