Position: ERP Functional Consultant (Trainee / Experienced)
Location: Raipur, CG
Eligibility: Business, Finance, IT, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, MBA, M.Com, MCA, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and map them to ERP functionalities
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration & customization based on client needs
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP-related issues
- Work closely with technical teams to define and test custom features
- Document business requirements, workflows & solutions
- Stay updated with the latest ERP features and industry best practices
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion to learn ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Freshers with enthusiasm to learn are encouraged to apply
- Experienced ERP professionals are also welcome
- Prior ERP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
