Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand the customer base for our insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and promoting life, health, motor, and general insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
- Promote and sell insurance products to prospective customers.
- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product awareness sessions.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
