We are seeking a highly experienced laser technology professional who can lead technical operations, machine development, customer support, project execution and application engineering for industrial and pharmaceutical laser systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Laser Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Installation, commissioning, and validation of laser machines at customer sites.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, alignment, and performance verification.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Ensure successful machine handover and customer acceptance.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, optical, and software-related machine issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Maintain high machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
Laser Applications
- Develop and optimize laser processing parameters for various applications.
- Support laser marking, welding, drilling, engraving, and precision processing applications.
- Conduct application trials and feasibility studies.
- Assist customers in achieving required quality and productivity standards.
Pharmaceutical Laser Systems
- Support laser-based tablet drilling and tablet/capsule marking systems.
- Handle pharmaceutical coding, marking, serialization, and traceability applications.
- Assist customers with machine qualification and validation requirements.
- Support GMP-compliant operations and documentation.
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and service reports.
- Recommend machine upgrades and process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities.
Customer Training
- Train operators, maintenance teams, and production personnel.
- Provide technical guidance on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare technical manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
