Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketeer to own customer acquisition, website revenue growth, digital marketing performance, ROAS, CAC and conversion optimisation across all paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and Retargeting Campaign Management
- Website Revenue Ownership
- Budget Management and Forecasting
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Analytics, Reporting and Attribution
- Creative Testing and Campaign Optimisation
- Cross-functional coordination with Design, Content, Production, Marketplace and Operations teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience scaling D2C brands
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM and Shopify
- Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets and deliver measurable growth
Preferred Industry Experience
Footwear, Fashion, Bags & Accessories, Travel Gear & Luggage, Lifestyle Products, Premium Consumer Brands and D2C Brands.
KPIs
Website Revenue, ROAS, CAC, MER, Conversion Rate, New Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Budget Efficiency.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
