SEO InternJob Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain practical, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and website performance analysis.
The selected candidate will work on real-world SEO projects and learn how SEO strategies are planned, implemented, monitored, and improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform competitor research and SEO analysis.
- Assist with on-page SEO optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content.
- Support off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Assist with technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Monitor Google rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Work with Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Assist in content optimization based on target keywords and search intent.
- Help identify and fix basic SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, indexing issues, and missing metadata.
- Support SEO reporting and maintain performance tracking sheets.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
- Basic understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other SEO tools is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant SEO/digital marketing coursework are welcome.
