Prabin Agarwal — Empowering Investors is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor based in Siliguri. We focus on delivering a transparent, responsive and smooth experience to investors through timely communication and ongoing service support.
We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused Customer Success Executive to support our existing investors and ensure a smooth service experience.
The candidate will handle investor queries, coordinate with internal teams, maintain follow-up records and assist investors with documentation, transactions and digital platform-related support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle investor queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and office visits.
- Provide updates regarding transactions, documents and service requests.
- Assist investors with app login, account access, statements and basic platform queries.
- Follow up on pending documents, KYC requirements and service requests.
- Coordinate with the relationship management, operations and back-office teams.
- Track open queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Welcome and assist newly onboarded investors.
- Collect investor feedback and communicate concerns to the relevant team.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling investor information.
- Follow internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client servicing or a related role is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Bengali will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp.
- Good listening, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Patient and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn about mutual funds and investor servicing.

- Comfortable communicating with people from different age groups.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Lunch Break: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
