Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sr. Pre-Construction Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, good at communication and eager to build a strong career in construction-focused B2B sales. This role is ideal for MBA graduates (Sales/Marketing) who want hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication and pitching technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from targeted regions (USA, UK, Australia, UAE) across residential, commercial and landscape construction sectors.
- Reach out to builders, contractors, developers, architects and estimating firms through email, LinkedIn and calls.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations, service pitches and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads and update daily/weekly reporting.
- Research company details for personalization of outreach messages.
- Coordinate with the estimation team to understand service offerings, pricing structures and project workflows.
- Assist in creating marketing content including posts, brochures and pitch decks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and communicate requirements clearly to the technical team.
Requirements
BIM & ESTIMATE WORK HAVE BEEN DONE FOR EXPERIENCE.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing and client engagement.
- Ability to learn construction-related terminology and services.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
