Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance while contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation and HRIS updates.
- Facilitate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee records.
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in HR audits and statutory documentation.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate goal-setting, review cycles, and feedback documentation.
- Assist managers with performance-related documentation and employee development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
