Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage multiple interior projects from initiation to handover.
● Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with
stakeholders.
● Prepare and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
● Coordinate internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external
vendors/contractors.
● Conduct site meetings, monitor project progress, and address issues proactively.
● Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.
● Manage risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency planning.
● Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
● Handle change orders, project scope adjustments, and resource allocations
● Regularly report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
● PMP Certification (Mandatory).
● 8+ years of proven project management experience in the interior design or
construction industry.
● Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
● Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other project management software.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● Knowledge of contracts, design, procurement, and site execution processes.

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
