- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales consultants to achieve targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing deals
- Ensure proper customer engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Maintain showroom discipline and ensure brand standards
