Position Name : Floor Supervisor
Dear Candidate,
We are currently hiring Floor Supervisor for our Royal Enfield service center located Thousand lights, Chennai.
Responsibilities:
· Morning Huddle meeting to be conducted among Team/By noon with SM.
· Allocate Job Cards as per the Technician Skillset
· Train, Motivate and Groom Technician to perform well
· Keep the floor clean and keep tech tools and equipment's in working condition
· FIRST TIME RIGHT, do the service properly at the first time itself to avoid repeat complaint
· Ensure proper functioning of QSB to improve productivity.
· Inspect the vehicles after work completion and verify the complaint been resolved and parts changed properly.
· Close the Job Cards with proper labour schedule, remarks and recommendation on vehicle status.
· Update the JCT and inform SA on vehicle completion.
· If required test drive vehicle after service.(Fork, Engine, Noise issues)can be done
· Do simple FQI at your end.
· Tools to be Audited weekly
· Work towards higher same day completion
· Analyze the vehicle to improve the scope of further work required.
· Tools Usage Monitoring & Auditing every month
· Complaint resolution for all the concern vehicles
· Floor Discipline to be maintained, avoiding Filthy Languages/Mobiles strictly not allowed in floor.
· After complete Team is wind up, ensure leaving the Floor.
· DAILY REPORTS IS MANDATORY-FAILING TO POST WILL BE MARKED ABSENT
Requirements:
· Automotive knowledge is must
· Experience in Automobile service required
· Strong communication and comprehension skills to handle customers
· Be attentive to customers’ concerns and questions
· Time management to ensure timely service and delivery
· Ability to think on your feet in case of delay
· Ability to adapt to different situations
