Telecaller / Academic Counsellor – Manjeri
Location: Manjeri, Kerala
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Job Role:
- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
- Explain courses, training programs, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Preferred: Telecalling, customer service, or counselling experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
