Assistant Manager / Manager – BTL Activities
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, hired for a client in the MICE industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities for client campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing and managing on-ground BTL campaigns
- Handling roadshows, mall activations, and activations in residential and commercial venues
- Coordinating with vendors, agencies, and partners
- Ensuring timely execution of campaigns within defined budgets
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance and results
- Supporting implementation of client marketing strategies through BTL initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2–3 years of experience in BTL marketing or event management
- Experience with roadshows and on-ground activations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
