- Make outbound calls to customers for service due reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with customers whose vehicles are due for periodic maintenance.
- Confirm service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion and record concerns.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance packages.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to service bookings and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
- Escalate customer complaints or unresolved issues to the Service Advisor or Service Manager.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by management.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
