Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer questions.
- Generate leads and follow up on interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
