- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
- Configure and implement Business Central modules as per business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD) and support UAT activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of ERP Functional Consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Extensive experience in end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.

- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of 5+ members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
