Architect – Design & Marketing
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Architect – Design & Marketing professional to support architectural design projects while contributing to business development and marketing initiatives. The role combines design expertise, client engagement, branding, proposal preparation, and project presentation to help drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare drawings, presentations, renderings, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Participate in site visits and project reviews.
Marketing & Business Development
- Create compelling project presentations, portfolios, and marketing materials.
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and capability statements.
- Support lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- Manage social media content and digital marketing campaigns related to architecture and design projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Branding & Communication
- Maintain company brand standards across all marketing collateral.
- Develop case studies, project stories, and website content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and marketing agencies.
- Present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and/or marketing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proposal writing and business development experience.
- 3D visualization and rendering expertise.
- Strong understanding of architectural trends and market positioning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
