Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain company projects, land investment opportunities, and associated benefits to customers.
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
