Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for candidates who already have prior internship experience in recruitment and are looking to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
