We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to manage inbound interest, conduct initial conversations with prospective clients, and ensure timely engagement with companies actively exploring recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Run cold sales calls using our in-house tools.
Engage with inbound and warm leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other direct communication channels
Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand hiring needs and timelines
Follow up systematically with existing and previously contacted leads
Schedule discovery or demo calls for senior team members when appropriate
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in shared systems or CRM tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach messaging and improve response rates
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and ask structured discovery questions
High level of responsiveness and follow-through in lead communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Willingness to quickly learn and understand Scouto’s product and target customers
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, or sales workflows
