We are looking for a rigorous QA/QC Inspector to ensure our construction projects meet the highest standards of safety and excellence. You will serve as the primary gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, local codes, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Perform daily on-site inspections of structural, architectural, or MEP works to verify compliance with approved drawings.
- Testing: Coordinate and witness field tests (e.g., concrete strength, soil density, or pressure testing) and verify results with third-party labs.
- Documentation: Maintain the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, from identification to closure.
- Material Control: Verify that all materials delivered to the site match approved technical submittals and are stored correctly.
- Reporting: Document daily quality logs and prepare weekly quality performance reports for project management.
- Final Handover: Lead the "punch list" (snagging) process to ensure all defects are rectified before client handover.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on QA/QC experience on active construction sites.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints/CAD, knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, and excellent conflict-resolution skills.
