Role Objective
Lead end to end implementation of LogicMonitor for enterprise accounts covering onboarding customization integrations and transition to steady state operations
Key Responsibilities
Own complete LogicMonitor implementation lifecycle requirement analysis design onboarding and production rollout
Onboard large scale infrastructure cloud on prem network storage using best practice collector and discovery models
Design and implement strategies escalation policies dashboards and reports aligned to SLAsSLOs
Integrate LogicMonitor with ITSM CMDB and automation platforms
Drive performance tuning reduction and noise optimization during stabilization
Provide implementation documentation KT and transition support to operations teams
Required Skills
Strong hands on experience implementing LogicMonitor in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of infrastructure networking cloud and monitoring architectures
Experience with ITSM integrations and monitoring design best practice
