We are looking for an experienced professional in Unsecured Business Loans to Lead the Team.

Role: Team Lead / Business Head - Unsecured Business Loans
Salary: Fixed: 1.25 Lakh per month - 2 Lakh per month ( 15 Lakh - 24 Lakh per annum ) + Incentives
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in Business Loan DSA , SME lending, LAP (Loan Against Property), Unsecured Business Loan
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L) statements, and bank statements for sole proprietorships and private limited companies.
Skillset: Excellent negotiation, team leadership, and local area knowledge
