Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Allrounder Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, manage kitchen operations, and maintain hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Lead and train kitchen staff
- Develop new recipes and menus
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a chef
- Knowledge of multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor)
- Leadership and time management skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
