Role Overview
As an Account Director – Enterprise Sales, you will own and grow strategic enterprise accounts based in Delhi and North India.
This is a senior individual contributor role, responsible for driving large, complex cloud transformation deals across AWS and Azure, including consulting, migration, modernization, optimization, and managed services.
You will engage CXOs, IT leaders, and business heads, and work closely with hyperscaler teams and Rapyder leadership to build long-term enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in Mumbai and West India.

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for AWS and Azure-led cloud programs.

Build CXO-level relationships and position Rapyder as a strategic cloud advisor.

Execute account-based growth plans and enterprise GTM strategies.

Maintain strong cadence with AWS, Azure, ISVs, and OEM partners.

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams for deal success.

Build strong market and account intelligence within the West enterprise ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
-
8+ years of enterprise IT / cloud services sales experience.

Proven success in selling cloud consulting and managed services.

Strong exposure to AWS and/or Microsoft Azure enterprise engagements.

Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong enterprise pipeline in Delhi within 6 months.

Closure of strategic, multi-cloud deals within the first year.
