Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to collect feedback on their orders and overall experience.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage delivery schedules and follow up on delayed or pending orders.
- Coordinate with store and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and the local language (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or operations is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
