About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for staff, customers, and visitors. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage both people and operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service; handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Manage budgets, expenses, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate centre programs, events, and activities.
- Build strong relationships with members, tenants, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Certificate in MBA, Diploma, Degree in Business Management, Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, or software related field (preferred but not required).
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience (centre management, hospitality, retail, or community services preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Effective organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience with facility management
- Budgeting or financial management experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
