Experience
- 3+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience for large projects or programs of work, preferably with product-based software solutions.
- Experience working on software products and understanding product requirements, customer needs, and product improvements.
- Experience in product research, market research, competitor analysis, and identifying customer/business pain points.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in the development of documentation of business processes, requirements, and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits.
- Experience conducting demos and workshops for requirements gathering and validation, including working with both internal and external technical experts.
- Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, and project methodologies.
- Define best practices for solution design, solution development, systems configuration, issue identification, and resolution.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis to understand market requirements, customer expectations, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Deep dive into a variety of ad hoc questions related to customer behaviour to get to the root of the problem and identify potential product/business solutions.
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into product requirements, feature enhancements, and process improvements.
- Take part in implementing new systems, products, and processes.
- Take part in supporting and remodelling/redesigning customized software solutions.
- Work closely with product and development teams to understand existing product capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Research industry trends and emerging solutions to support product and business decisions.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate clear understanding of requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Assist in test plan creation and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Propose process and product improvements, stay updated on industry trends, conduct relevant product/market research, and contribute to best practices and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation techniques, and tools like Azure, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Working experience on Product Requirements Document (PRD), BRD, SRS, and Agile processes.
- Customer focused, setting high standards for quality and value. Work in a systematic and methodical manner, consistently achieving goals.
- Able to adapt to change, accept new ideas and initiatives, and make positive use of the opportunities presented.
- Establishes and maintains constructive and collaborative business relationships with all business areas.
- Experience working closely with Logistics & Supply Chain, Pharma & Manufacturing domains will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a product-based company or on software products will be preferred.
- Ability to independently research products, competitors, market trends, and customer requirements and provide meaningful insights to the team.
Pay: ₹419,084.17 - ₹931,748.55 per year
