- This vacancy is for MVN Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. which is a Real Estate Developer Firm.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop concept designs, space planning, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare design reports, BOQs, area statements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project management and construction teams for design implementation.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and project costs.
- Maintain project records, revisions, and drawing management systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
