We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Silver Jewellery Sales Executive with experience in the silver jewellery industry to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on gemstones, precious metals, designs, and certifications.
- Showcase and promote jewellery collections effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and billing.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery showcases.
- Follow company policies on inventory handling and security.
- Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and market developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in silver jewellery sales (preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
