Job Description
The Endpoint Vulnerability Analyst supports Computer and Software vulnerability remediation efforts. This role focuses on identifying, researching, testing, and coordinating remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities in collaboration with security, operations, and deployment teams. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically curious, and comfortable working across multiple teams while managing a high volume of tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and investigate computer and software vulnerabilities identified through Tenable/Nessus

Analyze vulnerability findings to understand impact, root cause, and remediation requirements

Develop, test, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts used for vulnerability remediation and automation

Partner with testing coordinator to validate remediation solutions prior to deployment

Create and manage ServiceNow change request tickets and support the change management process

Coordinate remediation activities with multiple groups/teams:

Software testing coordinators
-
Deployment coordinators
-
Deployment engineers
-
Operation engineers responsible for system imaging and updates

Policy engineers
-
Application and tool owners
-
Assist with endpoint troubleshooting and remediation efforts

Schedule and participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to drive vulnerability resolution

Maintain Excel-based tracking spreadsheets, including task lists, remediation status, and timelines
-
Create status reports on vulnerability remediation progress and outstanding issues
-
Manage and prioritize many concurrent remediation tasks

Follow established security, operational, and documentation standards

Collaborate effectively with partner teams to ensure timely and consistent remediation outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
-
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems in an enterprise environment
-
Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable or Nessus
-
Experience supporting endpoint security or vulnerability remediation
-
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting (writing, testing, or modifying scripts)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and meetings
-
Working experience with ServiceNow (change management, ticket management, etc.)

Familiarity with remote support tools (BeyondTrust preferred)
Soft Skills

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with cross‑functional technical and non‑technical teams
