About Us:
We are a fast-growing brand in the wellness and beauty space, building meaningful conversations through our podcast and community engagement on social media. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Podcast & Social Media Intern to join our team and support us in expanding our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast Guest Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to potential podcast guests. Draft and send invitations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication before and after recordings.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and replying to comments/messages in line with brand voice.
- Content Support: Coordinate with the creative team for podcast snippets, reels, and graphics to be posted across platforms.
- On-site Support: Be available to come to the recording location whenever required to assist with podcast setup, guest handling, and live content creation.
- Community Engagement: Help grow and nurture our audience by actively participating in conversations online and monitoring trends.
- Other Related Tasks: Provide support with any additional podcast or social media-related work as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interest in podcasting, media, wellness, or beauty is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid model and be available on-site when required.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or scheduling tools is an advantage.
