Job Description: HR Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years (Real estate recruitment experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate developers, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
-Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing effective employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee grievances, address issues promptly, and mediate disputes where necessary.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with staff to identify areas for improvement.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and other HR operational tasks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records for employee data, contracts, and statutory documents.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on KPIs and goal setting.
- Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and assist with career development plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR .
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
