Job Responsibilities:
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures for investigation of critical concerns like “Fire Hazard, Airbag & NVH”.
· Ensure availability & access of current operation manuals, repair manuals, bulletins & wiring diagrams organized by vehicle, model & year to shop floor.
· Ensure service shop meet the distributor’s min equipment standard as per the norms of Skoda.
· Ensure the technicians have basic hand tools & equipment to carry out basic repairs & maintenance efficiently.
· Monthly audit of tech basic hand tools & equipment for damaged / missing tools & report to the Manager Service
· To schedule & conduct in-house training to the Technicians as per the guidelines given by Skoda.
· Coordinate with front office for timely completion of all Technical Campaigns declared by Skoda.
· Ensure all technicians follow Skoda Principles and Cleanliness in work area.
· Ensure the usage of all the protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer vehicle
· Ensure all customers’ requests on the repair order are completed to high quality standards.
· Assist service manager regarding the training nominations for particular Technician.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
